The ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH VW CLUBS in association with Cool Flo Vintage, VW Heritage, Hawthorns and Adrian Flux welcomes all enthusiasts of VW and its associated marques, and their families, to VW EXPO 30 @ STONOR PARK 2014, the 30th meeting at this venue.
The show gates will be open between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm and there will again be a single charge for entry to VW Expo and the Stately Home (which opens at 2pm) of £10.00 per adult, whilst children under 16 get in for free. Refreshments and toilet facilities will be available as usual.

Stonor Park has been the home of the Stonor family for over 800 years, the house being built around 1190. It contains many items of rare furniture and paintings and will be open on the Sunday afternoon by showing your admission ticket, as entry to the house is included in the ticket price. The grounds are situated along the B480, to the north of Henley on Thames and are within easy reach of the M4 & M40 motorways.

On Saturday May 10th a charity convoy with camping and live music at the end! Oh and a Total Retro Car Show on Sunday. Tickets are on sale now!
The plan is to basically get a huge convoy of campers and anything old and retro and raise lots of money for the cancer charity’s that help all the cancer sufferers and their families with all that is involved.
The convey will be travelling up the m6 exiting at junction 36 and going on to the Total Retro Show.

From 1 October 2014, the paper tax disc will no longer need to be displayed on a vehicle windscreen.
What this means to you To drive or keep a vehicle on the road you will still need to get vehicle tax and DVLA will still send you a renewal reminder when your vehicle tax is due to expire. This applies to all types of vehicles including those that are exempt from payment of vehicle tax.
Buying a vehicle
From 1 October, when you buy a vehicle, the vehicle tax will no longer be transferred with the vehicle. You will need to get new vehicle tax before you can use the vehicle.
You can tax the vehicle using the New Keeper Supplement (V5C/2) part of the vehicle registration certificate (V5C) online or by phone - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Alternatively, you may wish to visit a Post Office® branch.
Selling a vehicle
If you sell a vehicle after 1 October and you have notified DVLA, you will automatically get a refund for any full calendar months left on the vehicle tax.
